Oh, mine would HAVE to be, "By Grabthar's hammer...what a savings," uttered by Alan Rickman in that droll, dry manner in Galaxy Quest. Or basically, the entire movie. :)

Dammit, guys, now I'm going to need to watch Galaxy Quest when I get home tonight... The moment that always kills me, though, is Fred's happy, "It's the simple things in life you treasure."

I fucking worship Rickman in that role, I actually flashed back to that scene when I saw the bit in OotP where Severus is trying desperately not to say what he really means when Umbridge wants him to confirm that he didn't get the DADA position.
