Nov. 13th, 2008 09:23 amI was listening to KFOG on the way into work today and they had a great call in idea. Basically they asked this question, what song or songs do you listen to when you want to put yourself in a good mood? The callers had some truly great ideas but I'd love to hear what the folks on my f-list would choose. Personally I can never go wrong with "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic" by the Police. How about you?
Ok, greatest music video ever made: Rabbit in Your Headlights by Unkle

Aug. 15th, 2006 08:09 pmI suspect that if I were in high school right now I'd currently be obsessed with the Raconteurs, who are as adorable as they are talented. Their Speed Racer-esque video for "Steady as She Goes" just sealed the deal. As I'm almost 20 years out of high school I'll just say, cool band, you should listen to them.
Speaking of cool music, BBC America has a link up for the Life on Mars soundtrack, lots of good music on there. I love the idea of shows putting together iMixes rather than releasing soundtracks, I can grab just what I want and leave the rest.
Why yes, iTunes is my new favorite toy, why do you ask?
