Aug. 24th, 2007 04:20 pmYay for Friday fic! Rex Luscus posts "The World of Invisibles" a Pirates of the Carribbean fic featuring Jack Sparrow/James Norrington. You might say WTF? over the pairing, but trust me it works. Beautifully. Magnificently. And I'm considering begging her to write nothing but Jack fic from now on. Seriously, just a taste to whet your appetite, Jack and James compare wounds:
"Let's see, then… bayonet… same bayonet, coming out the other side… moray eel, long story… knitting needle, again long story, though I'll say it was intended to be lower… torture, ta very much to the Spanish… the same, cheers to the Right Honourable East India bastards… proof that you should never attempt to slide down a backstay while drunk…"
