Seriously, the dude falls down a cliff twice, has an arrow in his side and still manages to kill two zombies single-handed. And the second one he kills by pulling the arrow out of his own side, cocking his crossbow, and putting it down without missing a beat, PERFECT KILL SHOT. I actually said to

tersa, "That is just about the coolest thing I have ever seen. I now have a new definition for the term 'hardcore'."

I got my Daryl awesomeness, my hurt-comfort, and even some Merle in this episode, what more could I ask for? Ok Glenn having to sit at the "kids' table" during dinner and then the reveal that the crazy old farmer/vet is actually keeping walkers out in the barn (WTF?!) were amazingly awesome too, admittedly. We were bouncing some ideas around regarding the latter reveal and our current theories are that daddy actually thinks there's going to be some sort of cure possible, that the people are all relatives/friends who he can't bear to put down, that they're there to cover the scent of the living humans nearby, etc.

As

tersa commented, "Ok I need the next episode right now", next week is way too far away. God I love having a show that makes me absolutely nuts to see what's going to happen next. It's my only one at the moment and I honestly treasure it.
