Huh. The episode of "The Clone Wars" titled "The Bounty Hunters" is a straight up rip-off of "7 Samurai". I mean they didn't even bother shaving the serial numbers off. I guess it makes sense as the original "Star Wars: A New Hope" was supposedly based on another Kurosawa flick, "The Hidden Fortress". Still...

I wound up watching part of A Bug's Life down at Entropy last weekend, and suddenly realized, "Wait, this is Seven Samurai/Magnificent 7. There are even 7 bugs!"
