Dec. 6th, 2009 07:51 pmThings accomplished this weekend:
1. Still more lemons harvested. When will it end? When? Also trimmed the tree some more. It's almost starting to look cared for.
2. Started getting the tree out front into some sort of order. I say again my predecessor in this house had all the landscaping ability of your average lemur. Seriously, could he have made worse decisions? Possibly, but I'm not sure how.
3. Discovered I still had blooming roses on the far side of my house so I brought some inside to brighten up the kitchen. Sadly they are a sort of weird pinkish-orange. See previous mention of the landscaping choices of the former owner.
4. Brought in my remaining plants that didn't seem to be faring well in the cold weather, I'm hoping they're happier overall in the kitchen.
5. Xmas gifts and cards all mailed, go me!
6. Took
elo_sf out for birthday lunch which was quite delightful.
7. House cleaning and laundry. It is astonishing to me how much of a mess one human and 3 cats can make in a relatively short period of time.
