I am hard pressed to choose my favorite moment from tonight's episode of House,

I'd probably go with House's moment of realization concerning Wilson and his growl, "You manipulative bitch!" Wilson's cocky, 'Gotcha' look in response was just too beautiful for words. God I want that soundbite. I need that soundbite. Otherwise I'm just going to keep watching that scene over and over again.

A close runner up, though, would have to be Cameron proposing that Chase propose to her and him doing it because he is just so absolutely nuts about her. It made even unromantic, cynical old me go "Awww!"

But oh Hugh playing piano and harmonica simultaneously at the end to be stopped dead...so to speak, by a hallucination of Amber perching on his piano. What she has in store for him I can only imagine, and what it means for his psyche probably isn't good. Still I've missed her, she's an excellent foil for him.

I'm just really hoping the whole Amber thing doesn't come down to his subconscious trying to tell him he should really, really sleep with Cuddy. That would make me very sad.

An exotic brain tumor, however, might be kind of cool.
