So my weekend plans have gone a bit wonky as my digestive tract has adopted an "Everybody out!" policy. Ugh. At least I've had enough experience with this sort of thing to be well stocked on Gatorade. Not my favorite way to spend a holiday weekend but, eh.

Oh and my throat's sore and head's stuffy so I believe I may have succumbed to the cold that's been going around as well. Joy.

Young coconut juice (not coconut milk!) is isotonic and also very very good for this sort of thing.
