ebonlockFirst and foremost a big thank you to everyone for the gifts and donations I received this year. I feel incredibly lucky to have such generous friends and family. I've managed to find homes for everything and get most of the wonderful mixes I received ripped already, so go me! moonlightnrain a hand cleaning out her old apartment gave me the inspiration to actually buckle down and do my own place. Well that and the fact that I'd gotten all the gifts out of the living room and I really wanted to clean it up as well. It looks so much...bigger now :)
Many, many thanks totersa and cyranocyrano for hosting Xmas day festivities yesterday. We had an amazing meal, delicious snacks and unbelievable dessert. But the best part was getting to spend time together and not spending another Xmas day alone.
And on a totally unrelated note, many thanks to my pal J- for pointing me at the trailer for the new Tim Burton flick "9". It looks stunning, and doesn't hurt that one of the stars is Elijah Wood. No, it really doesn't. Check it out if you haven't seen it yet!
