I am a slacker of epic proportions this week. It may be related to the fact that I was constantly busy last week. Maybe I'm burned out, or going through a misanthropic phase, but I've spent the past two days holed up in my apartment and getting to bed at ten p.m. This may have something to do with the fact that I get slightly anemic once per month (stupid female reproductive organs!), or it may just be that I'm a lazy sloth just now. I think I'll blame it on the former.

I didn't make it to either dance class this week, the first because my back felt like it was literally going to snap in two, last night's because I just had no energy whatsoever. If I were going to dance in the recital this weekend I might have felt worse about missing it. And it is the only one of Shira's this semester I've missed to date so that's not so bad. Yay rationalization.

I did have a nice Beltane ritual last evening which kind of helped to smooth things out for me a bit. I did all of the requested spells for folks and felt a rush of energy like I hadn't in a very long time. I think they worked, but only time will tell. Also watched the third hour of Frontier House, I keep expecting the LA family's dad to just snap and start chopping up his kids with the ax. It seems like he's getting closer and closer to that every day. Can't say as I'd be any too upset if he did, in fact I'd probably be cheering him on.

And I have to talk to the FTC tomorrow, it relates to this child protection legislation called COPPA. Somehow I have become our company's resident legal expert. Wish I was making the salary an average attorney makes *sigh*

Oh, I'm so with you here. I think I preordered this thing something like two years ago, before it was canceled, relisted, canceled and relisted again. I can't wait; this has always been one of my favorite movies, and if the rumors I've heard are true, I'm very excited about the alternate version, with different musica and all. I was always confused by the difference between tv (which I saw the most often) and vhs versions, and am not sure what to expect either for European or US version on the DVD, but ooh, I'm excited

The European version is excellent! It makes a bit more sense than the US version. And the whole Lily dance sequence is longer and *much* more seductive! The music is cool too, although I do enjoy the Tangerine Dream Soundtrack immensely!

I don't suppose you take a multi-vitamin with iron and b-complex stuff in it? I always feel better if I've been taking mine. Goodness knows I've been turned down enough times for low iron count in my blood when I try to donate.

Yep, I take a multi and make sure it's got enough iron to boost up my levels at this point of the month. I also really like the Femme boosts at Jamba.
