So yesterday Warner sends out notice about a casting call in London for the part of Luna in OotP, and today I hear a commercial on the radio that a local Bay Area casting call is going out for an LA talent agency looking for kids on Saturday as well. The commercial mentions HP twice and has "Double Trouble" playing in the background. Are they casting a really wide net for Luna or is this just a coincidence? Very interesting...

And doesn't it seem a bit late to be casting this role now? Unless OotP won't be coming out until next spring maybe. :(

Date that I heard was Order of the Phoenix = December 2007.

So far, the relevant tentative dates I've heard:
first DVD of Goblet of Fire = Mar 7, 2006
special high-def Goblet of Fire DVD = Nov 2006
filming for HBP = Jan 2007
Order of the Phoenix = December 2007
sometime in end of 2007/early 2008 (if nothing goes wrong) = book 7

So we're getting nothing in 2006, they're taking two whole years to do OotP and then starting filming on HBP in January of 2007? That seems a bit...odd...

Well, I think they view the release of the Goblet DVD's, plus the probable release of HBP in paperback to be *something*. Nothing new, but still something. Plus I'm sure they'll be giving us trailers ala Goblet, since that was such a success and perked so much interest.
