So I got home and was feeling more than a little sorry for myself because I'd had to go into work early and stay so late I missed class...and of course I'll be stuck at work late on Thursday too, so...yeah. Anyway, I finally clicked on the GOF spoiler scenes ravenmb sent me earlier and I have to say this clip damn near killed me. Holy god, if the rest of the movie is even half this charming and funny my fangirl squeeing shall be heard all the way back east by my family.



Ok so can I just say setting the sequence where Ron and Harry bemoan their lack of dates, and then one of the twins hooking up, in Potions under the nose of a rather annoyed Snape, is completely fucking brilliant? And Snape walking up behind Ron and Harry to smack them both for goofing off when they should be studying...oh be still my heart! This must be the scene with the behind the scenes pic where Alan Rickman is losing his shit, it just has to be.

This one really worked for me, yeah (Fred and George!), though I'm not sure how I feel about some of the others. Hermione all breathless and hovery on the bridge was just annoying (makes me wonder if Rowling's thinking about taking it H/Hr after all), and I really didn't think the weasel in the pants bit was necessary with ferret!Malfoy.

I'm still looking forward to seeing the film, but I think I'm going to avoid further clips or pictures or spoilers until the 18th (better to get time in sewing, anyway!).
