Wow, I practically don't even need to read Generic now.... ;)

If you're already enjoying GoT, well, hold onto your seat, it's going to get a helluva lot better very quickly. I thought the first few chapters kind of dragged.... :)

Not much longer, [livejournal.com profile] tersa, just keep holding on....

I may have to schedule a reread of Storm of Swords soon... damn. ;)

I had a very odd dream last night where I was discussing some of the odd things I've found in my HP rereads with Ellen DeGeneres who turned out to be a huge HP geek and ran to get her copies of the book so we could discuss it further.... Uh, yeah.

I should make a SoIaF icon. I have a great pic of the throne at work.

*sigh* Thing is, I've been collecting the books in paperback. I'm not sure I can wait the 1.5 years it'll take for that version to come out for AFoC...

I may have to schedule a reread of Storm of Swords soon... damn. ;)

...and I was just thinking that if E--'s starting to read it, I should try re-reading the series so I can discuss things with her intelligently. I haven't read any of the books since ASoS came out. :>

I keep thinking I should, too, but I think I would have to use one of the Fanart pics. I have a soft spot for Amok's picture of Asha Greyjoy.

Amok's pics are by far the best. But, Ellie, you really oughtn't go check those out as there's bound to be spoilerish pics.

I had started to reread them back when FoC was supposed to be coming out the first time (Two years ago? More?) and just found my bookmark in CoK at page 370 (and not even halfway through, heh). But, yeah, I want to at least reread Storm so I'm ready for Feast.

I need more hours in a day. It might be time to go back to my 5 hour sleep cycle.

I echo the GRRM-love. The only problem with scheduling a re-reading of any of those books is that they're So. Frakking. YOOOGE.

I haven't read any of them since SoS, and I'd really like to re-read them all before FoC arrives, but reading them leisurely would be a one-a-month process, and I still have this pesky thing called a Life to live. (sigh) Even though today is Stress-Magnetism Day and I don't feel like I have a life, I know there's one out there somewhere with my name on it...

Workplace issues and assorted personal insecurities are combining to create an unfavorable view of existence. I am stressing; thus am I attractive to Stress in the abstract; hence Stress-Magnetism Day. More clear? /B-,

How in the world could *that* have happened?! (Rhetorical question, humor intended) :)

I think it does!

Glad your toe is feeling better. And if you need to borrow the other two "A Song of Ice and Fire" books, I have them in my library. :)

You are going to help a sister out and take some off my hands, right?

Mmm, if something jumps out and grabs me, sure, but no promises. :) I've tried to force myself to lay off the bumper stickers, given that I no longer want to deface my car with them (and I'm not sure where else I'd 'use' them, and if I'm not going to use them, then why have them, etc. :) But, I have a weakness for them, and if any are good, I'll hopefully think of somewhere to use it!

Well, neither E nor I are actually putting any of these things on our bumpers, if you hadn't noticed--I put magnet strips on the back of the stickers and slap 'em on the trunk, which works quite nicely. Michael's has the magnet rolls, and I may need more sooner rather than later if we do a CafePress store for silly BSG stickers...

You've also got a million and a half craft bins whose plastic sides sit out in your room--I'd put a few on there, personally. If all of mine weren't squirreled away under beds and couches currently, I'd have done that, but am going with the school notebook approach, instead.

Ah but Grasshoppa....

Have you started my drawing yet? Your list of accomplishments is not complete unless you can answer that one in the affirmative. ;)

Uh, after DDF, when I have free time again...or maybe the weekend of the 20th if it's as free as I am trying to make it...
