ebonlockI can't imagine anyone's missed this, but just in case, go check out Darth Vader's Blog.
I have come to the conclusion that either the guy I'm cat sitting for is having several other people tromp through his apartment when I'm not around doing things like moving furniture, emptying food bowls, leaving the water running in the sink, and closing doors...or he's got a poltergeist. In either case it'd be really cool if the persons or beings in question took the time to empty the litter boxes or give the cats fresh water while they're around. Apparently they just come around to pet the cats and mess with my head. His upstairs neighbor actually walked in while I was brushing Pete yesterday to quiz me on who I was and what I was doing there. He didn't mention he had a cat sitter?
Anyway, I may have to run the vacuum cleaner tonight. Not that I want to, but I have to. The carpet is just...well let's just say I won't be sitting on it any time soon. Bachelor apartment, what're you gonna' do?
Had an otherwise mostly relaxing evening where I discovered that they're releasing a making of book for Kingdom of Heaven. That bitch is *so* mine when it comes out. So mine.

Date: 2005-05-10 04:42 pm (UTC)Yes, which is why I generally just use it for research purposes (usually Barnes and Noble get my actual money), but if you do a search for KoH on Amazon, click on the soundtrack link, and check out the two lists readers have put together on books you should read if you're curious about the era, you'll see which ones were tempting me sorely.
