Ok yesterday came about as close to being the perfect day as any mere mortal can expect to experience. Allow me to explain. It started with me finding a treasure trove of research info (untapped, mind you) that has made my life at work significantly easier than usual. Then I walked down to Summer Winds Nursery and picked up my third variety of basil (sweet basil, actually) and a little chocolate mint scented geranium. Score! Got back and was immediately called into my boss' office where he praised me rather outrageously (for a dour Hungarian anyway *G*) and gave me a promotion and significant raise. It was all I could do not to dance back to my cube, hee!

I then used my secret Yenta skillz to point a friend at his perfect woman, and I was right, she's apparently flawless }:) Damn I'm good.

Then I was off to drool over Vin with technocowboy and cyranocyrano, we had much fun giggling over the brainless cheese that is XXX. Since I'd received a copy of the soundtrack from the gals at work I could happily share it and I got to suck on a white cherry Icee which helped make my night complete. Hey, I like Icees and movies are the only place I get to enjoy them these days.

In bed way too late last night, but I got some quality, if not quantity sleep so I'm actually ok today. Well, all right I'm supplementing with a Frappaccino, but everybody needs a pick me up sometimes.

Oh, and for anyone who's into astrology I highly recommend http://www.astrologyzone.com/, cool, detailed month long forecasts are available there for free. Mine was right on target predicting financial success for the month.

Wow, I still can't quite believe I've gone from "getting by" to actually making money. I even doubled my 401K investment. Heh, this is so cool!
