Apparently the Monterey Bay Aquarium now has a great white shark on display! She's been doing really well so far and oh gods I've to go down and see her.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Oh. Oh, you absolutely HAVE to go and see her for me! OMG! A great white in captivity, that's absolutely unheard of, they're such delicate creatures when you take them out of their natural habitat....

I will try to talk Aelf into it (yeah, I know, twist her arm *G*) and take copious pics if we can. I know precisely where they're keeping it as well, one of my favorite tanks!

Well, as I've just learned I missed the MBARI open house (it was this last Saturday), I don't much care when we go, but I'm definitely up for it whenever! Maybe, hm. Ok, planning might be difficult, but we'll think of something. o.O
