The answer, of course, is "red miso". One finds the oddest stuff on the International Channel sometimes.

So class got cancelled last night due to Alyne being ill and I ended up with a surprise night off. Got a good deal done on the housework that seems to stack up even though I'm the only one living there right now. Then I tried on the black skirt Aelf gave me before she left with my beaded belt. I loved the effect, even more than the forest green skirt paired with it. It really makes the beads *pop*, and I love how it moves. That's what I'm wearing on Friday.

Had no problems with the regular choreographies, but stalled out on "Tammerhanna", I just don't have it in my head yet I'm afraid. It makes me very dubious about performing it on Friday. We'll see. I did manage quite a good workout, and I felt great about that. Then I curled up and finished some modifications to the bra part of the set that I've been meaning to do for a while now. It worked perfectly and I was much pleased.

Then I went through one bag of the cd jewel cases and got all the paper parts pulled out for jakejr. It actually worked out to about 75 cases, hope that's ok. I'll try to do the rest tomorrow night after I mow the front lawn.

Thursday I must attend class as it's our only rehearsal before the performance, then I dance Friday evening in SJ, then the weekend is mine. One day is already set aside for steam cleaning, possibly Saturday as there's a hafla on Sunday I'm considering. We'll see if my desire to dance more outweighs my desire to get shit done at home.

And can I throw a wrench in the works by mentioning that there is a hockey ticket available to the Dallas game Sunday afternoon, which forkmonkey was musing about offering to you? :)

Actually, there are three tickets available that I am attempting to find homes for, but I've asked T-- if he and katchoo_too want to go, as well.
