Apr. 19th, 2005 08:43 amI got on the scale this morning and got a pleasant surprise. Somehow I'm at my goal weight again. Huh, I think the only thing I've done different recently was to exercise more, so there you go. Three hours of dancing this weekend were apparently a big help.
I spent most of last night getting started on a fitness dvd conglomeration of all my favorite workouts from On Demand. The abs ones are killers, but man are they great for the obliques. I've got two abs ones, a lower body one I liked and the beginning hula video so far. I'll throw a bunch more on tonight then make copies for Aelf and my sis as promised. Then I really need to get back to doing BSG episodes.
Got the two edges of the baby quilt stitched last night and I may be able to finish the last two tonight. Then I pick up some nice binding for it, stitch that all up and I am done! I really can't wait to put this one behind me.
