My heart has rooms that sigh with dust

Two days until the new Stephen R. Donaldson book comes out. *whimper* I started to order it on Amazon but there's just something so much more satisfying about walking into a bookstore to purchase it. I still remember scraping together all of my piggy bank money to buy White Gold Wielder in hardcover the week it came out. I literally was paying in pennies to get it but practically danced out of the bookstore, then sat myself down and did nothing but read for about 48 hours. That's going to be the tricky bit in buying it, when the hell will I have time to actually read it?

Anyway, before I forget, Aelf you should go check out msallegro's Lost icons, methinks you'd get a kick out of her Charlie one and it'd be a great excuse to add a Dom icon to your collection.

Got precious little done last night, but it felt good to just relax for an evening. Am very annoyed with "Licensed by Royalty", the ending seemed rather pointlessly and stupidly tragic. Hey, you want to kill off some main characters, sure, go right ahead, but at least make their deaths mean something. Speaking of which I still need to pick up the first season of Angel. Mmmm, Doyle-y Irish goodness. Maybe after the holidays, I'm already spending way too much money on myself these days and I should be focusing on gifts instead right now.
