"That bitch is loaded!"

For a very short period of time I'm feeling a little flush with cash. I haven't gotten my latest credit card bill with the moving costs yet, though, so I don't expect that feeling to remain. Still, while it was around I thought I'd treat myself a little and pick up a few birthday gifts and household necessities. Few being the operative word, as, again, no place to put stuff.

Aelf has graciously offered me another half bookcase which I've cleared space for by emptying out a few more boxes. I'm going to try to leave at least one of the shelves on it empty so it can be my gift staging area come Xmas. Yes, I plan that far ahead...bite me.

Talked to Aelf for about a half an hour and she's agreed to come up for the weekend again. We're going to do the flea market on Sunday and then just hang out that afternoon, which is cool. I shall try to get the place a little more tidy tonight in preparation.

Drugged myself into unconsciousness last night and slept through until Pye started his six a.m. yowling fit. I have no idea what is causing him to do this, but I now have a spray bottle and it's going right next to my bed, dammit.

Made good progress on the sage skirt I'm making and am now confidant it will be done on time *happy sigh*
