It's a kind of magic.

First and foremost, I love the Magical Activism site, and the ritual to help make the country more receptive to same sex marriage. Many thanks to technocowboy for posting a link to it. In the past year or so I've been combining my spirituality with my political activism and I've found it quite rewarding. If you're a Wiccan or know some folks who are, forward the link on. Every little big of magic helps.

Woke up a lot last night (mostly thanks to Pye being in one of his "moods"), but then I never sleep all that well when I'm alone in the house. It's good practice for when I get my own place, of course. Best get used to it now.

I should be a lot more tired than I am, but the idea of getting back to dance class is helping perk me up, along with what I hope will be the last game in the series against the Avs. I'm not sure my poor heart could take a game 7. As I do have class tonight I probably won't see much of the game, but given the last two I'm not sure I want to. C'mon, guys, let's finish it.

Did nothing but chores last night, though I did sneak in a little time for the Tenchi Universe DVD set that arrived in the mail. I was hoping the ending would make more sense in the original (rather than the Cartoon Network version). Sadly, it doesn't. What's the point of having one of the characters make a grand sacrifice if you're just going to bring them back without an explanation? *sigh*

Work is a little insane this week, and I expect to be staying late most nights. So if you don't hear from me I'm just under a pile of work. Hopefully next week will be better. Hopefully.
