ebonlockWell back to work today and it wasn't too bad. I slept like hell last night and so got up way early and into work before even the security gate went up so I got to leave wicked early as well. That was all well and good until I walked in the door to realize Pye had apparently gorged himself on Kage's food and treats shortly after I left and then disgorged it all over the middle of the living room. Then extra bonus vomit in the hallway. I sighed, thanked the benevolent fates that I could now bend down/over and cleaned it all up. Then I fed the cats and thought I'd throw in a load of laundry. As I took off the pillowcase on my bed I noticed...
Yes, more vomit on my bed!
Argh! Make that two loads of laundry.
*sigh*
On the plus side with the Amazon order I just placed my Xmas gift list is nearly complete. If all goes well I have 4 more things to pick up and that's it. Better yet, I should have Xmas all paid off before the big day even arrives. That is a lovely feeling.
Also lovely, Rachel Maddow's righteous rant on the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell. For reals.
