elo_sf and phillipalden over the loss of their dog Max. The poor little guy's been struggling for a while now and it sounds like it was time to let him go. It's the worst part about being a pet owner, but the one we all have to face eventually. I must admit ever since reading about his passing I've been rather selfishly cuddling Kage.
I'm going to stop bitching about my own little problems with the house, I think, as it's quite clear things could be much worse. A few ants and some crazy plants seem rather insignificant at the moment.
