Today I decided to clean my damn apartment. It really was starting to get a little grotty and needed a going over. So I put "How Clean is Your House" on the tv while I worked and pretended Kim and Aggie were looking over my shoulder egging me on. I've started putting a lot of their advice to use in my own cleaning, mostly because they tend to stay away from chemical methods and move more towards the natural options. Everything I've tried so far that they've suggested has worked beautifully.
Spent some time doing a little job hunting but so far everything I've seen has made me shudder and think, "God I really don't want to do that for a living." Maybe I'm just being way too picky, but I keep thinking there's a perfect job out there just waiting for me. If only I can find it...

Date: 2008-03-27 12:45 am (UTC)Job hunting is never fun, but I think you're smart to do a little bit each day. I don't think you're being picky by not applying for jobs that don't appeal to you. It would be a waste of your time to apply for a job you don't like if it means having to quit a short time later. While I'm not sure if you'll come across the perfect job, I don't think there's anything wrong with waiting until you find something that's a little closer to the mark. :-)
