I kind of want to take the bastards who support this legislation out to the local tattoo parlor, and have the Fourth Amendment permanently scribed on their foreheads.

On this I do believe we are in full agreement, though I think a nice brand would be more efficient than forcing some poor tattoo artist to do it.

Patriot II is a ridiculous piece of legislation. I think (hope? -- ah, optimism) Ashcroft and his cohort will have a difficult time getting anywhere with it.
