My main one being, thank god that cheap knock-off Starbuck wannabe biotch Kat is no more. I've despised her from the beginning and while I know I was supposed to feel something for her slow, painful death, the most I could dredge up was a little pity for Kara and the Old Man because they felt bad about it. For myself, I held up my fingers in a big "W" for Whatevah, and was delighted to see the end of that stinker of an ep.
I don't think I would've minded quite as much if the general plot had made anything like sense. Sadly, it did not. I'm trying to tell myself it only seemed as suckful to me because I'd just seen the glory that was "Unfinished Business" (Jesus God whenever anyone asks me about season 3 I'm just going to point to that ep and drool prodigiously), but I'm inclined to think that it was just poorly written and the show is entitled to a stinker or two per season. Thankfully the remaining glorious episodes more than make up for it.
The only bit that I did like was Three and Baltar visiting the Hybrid. Although the "cow-eyed" comment slipped past me. I kept sitting there muttering, "Oh I know who that is...I know who that is..." but Baltar had to actually say it. What was weird, though, was that he was referring to Hera and not Juno, though he then goes on to say Jupiter rather than Zeus. And even stranger, the closed captioning read Zeus. WTF? They've very clearly established the gods of these folks to be those of the Greeks, not the Romans, so why are they going all weird with it now? Very, very odd.
