I could SWEAR I heard the angelic choir singing songs of glory and praise at such wonderful news. I was momentarily rendered speechless. And I said to myself, for the first time since the presidency was stolen in 2000, "There is Hope."

Cheney's indictment would probably cause me to swoon from sheer ecstasy. I would likely disgrace myself in public. But it'd be worth it to see Justice as well as Hope.

We mapped out the chain of presidential succession at work after learning of the Fall of the House of Rumsfeld. After Bush comes Cheney, then Speaker of the House - Nancy Pelosi. She is a mere TWO heartbeats from the Oval Office (as long as she meets Constitutional requirements). At that point I started daydreaming about the possibilities ...
