Have you tried time_and_chips? There's a bunch of posts up, though you need to check the comments for actual links. Oh, and the Captain Jack and Christmas Invasion specials in the Dr. Who boxed set are to die for!!!

I don't think the brits are going to come after anyone since we can't even get the damn show here. There seems to be a general lax about TV torrents, anyway.
