ebonlockIf you haven't already I highly recommend checking out today's Darth Vader Blog entry, Darth Vader Superstar, and not just 'cause my beloved Luke plays a feature role :) I may not be watching Ep III until Aelf gets back from her trip, but I just might have to dig out Eps IV-VI this weekend.
Ok, so again if anybody's interested a bunch of us will be on Yahoo Messenger tonight a little before 8 to chat while we watch Lost. If you are interested in joining please leave your YIM in the comments and I'll add you to the conference. My YIM is original_ebonlock, so add me too, and remember you can't be in stealth mode if you want in.
I am one episode and some various bits and pieces away from finishing the Cupid dvds. I cannot, however, find the original copy of "The Bachelorette Party" and my dubbing copy doesn't seem to be complete so we are one episode from completion, sorry about that. On the plus side y'all will get to see "The Botched Makeover", which never aired in the US (though the quality of the copy is a bit iffy, I'm afraid). Until they release this incredible series on dvd this will have to do, however. I will be including some extras like Jeremy's appearances on Rosie and on the old Daily Show, plus some extended series commercials and stuff, so it's kind of like having special features...kinda. I still dream of the day it comes out officially with Jeremy doing a commentary track...Man that would be sweet!

Date: 2005-05-18 03:45 pm (UTC)Since Lucas is being an asshat and refusing to release the original theatrical versions to DVD, I am playing Captain Sparrow and making my own copies from my 20 year old VHS tapes. So, they're the original 1977-1983 versions, although the quality is obviously not up to that of the re-make.
But: Han shot first in my version of the universe. And that's all that matters.
