ebonlockFor those who haven't seen it yet, here's a fun little review of Sin City, which I finally saw a commercial for last night. Mmmm, I'm already counting the days. And if I weren't, this snippet would be enough to make me:
[Elijah] wood? i'm gonna say the least about him and leave it as a surprise for you to discover. all i'll say is that frodo baggins is dead, with this one performance, and wood IS simply terrifying and disturbing as kevin. hell, people in the audience were so unnerrved by him that they gasped EVERY TIME he came on screen.

msallegro for posting this, even though it's going to make me absolutely unable to fully focus on anything today. Aelf, if I start screwing up tonight at rehearsal it will be because I'm contemplating just how terrifying Elijah is going to be in that film, and getting all weak-kneed because of it. So, somebody around here is thinking of going opening weekend, right? I'll go alone if I must...
Oh, in case anyone's wondering how the votes played out on ANWR,caelidh has posted a nice summary here. No big surprises, really. At least it was close *sigh*
Big thank you's toravenmb for yet another wonderful mix that I'm having a great deal of fun listening to. And that cover kicks ass! My sisters also deserve a big thanks for sending me Carnivale, which I hope to get to sit down and watch before the end of the month (fingers crossed).
