rose_whispers who wrote one of the best Snupin fics I've read in ages, Addictions. Two of my favorite lines just to whet your appetite:

Severus blinked rapidly as Remus weaved into the room and presented himself before the startled potions master. Remus waved his hand frantically in front of Severus' face. "Severus? Can you hear me? Is my voice invisible?"
So funny, so good, even if this pairing isn't your cup of tea you should give it a read for the sheer pleasure of a damn fine story. And the image of Remus Lupin stoned out of his gourd is just not to be missed.
After you've ready it be sure to leave the author lots of feedback, I hear she's quite fond of it ;)
I'd also like to both thank and curseravenmb for creating such a fantastic Starbuck mix "Hear my Prayers", which I cannot stop listening to. I invite her to post the track list here so you can all enjoy it to some degree. I'd also like to invite all you other BSG fans out there to share you ideas for the ultimate Starbuck mix here too. Or, if you'd like, put it all together and send me a copy. It'd be kind of cool to hear them all and I might just get inspired to toss them all in a box and send it off to Ms. Sackhoff just to see what happens. Hey, it worked with Sid on DS9 and I got some cool stuff in return. You just never know.
Dance class was deadly last night, but I made it through two and a half hours of dancing and was still able to walk and process higher brain functions so that's good. My endurance is creeping up slowly but surely and I can see the muscles in my legs again! The flab is all finally melting away, glory hallelujah, and by Rakkasah I should be back down to the weight I aimed for. The only downside is that my belt is starting to be a little too loose, so I need to modify it slightly to accomodate the weight loss. But do you know what this means? It means my hips are getting smaller! Woo!
Lots to do this weekend, so I'd better get to it.

What kind of dancer are you? I was a dancer for fifteen years, ballet, pointe, jazz, a bit of tap (I sucked at tap), character, some modern.

I was thinking it would be fun to do a poll in my journal and have people suggest songs for random characters (well, not exactly random, more like the same characters we natter on about in email after email. heh.) and then create CDs from their suggestions. It would also be fun to propose this as a challenge in one of the BSG communities, don't you think?
