Tried to avoid looking at myself in the mirror at class last night as whenever I did see me I was disgusted. Where has all my muscle tone gone? All that hard work for months and months has to be redone. FUCK!

And I'm going to need to get a crown to repair my chipped tooth. Double FUCK!
