Hi, I am still alive (barely) but managed to get the worst flu bug I've had in years. On the downside this means I've completely fallen out of touch with everyone, for which I apologize. I've also missed far too much work this week. But my silver lining is that I've lost those stubborn 3 pounds I've been struggling with :)

I'm going to stay the hell away from people until I'm sure I'm not contagious, this bug is nasty in the extreme.

Ack, sounds nasty...perhaps a mutated strain of the Whitby Flu I had a few months back!? Glad to hear that you are back among the living (sort of) watch out for that 3 pounds though, in my case it certainly came back on with a vengeance! Blah.

That's a sweet offer, dear, but I think I'm getting better, and I actually slept through the night last night for the first time all week which helped immensely.
