Aug. 20th, 2009 08:27 pmI'm back online at least briefly as my network connection remains stubbornly recalcitrant despite my repeated efforts to get it up and running. Thank the gods for Google wifi, that's all I gotta' say. I'm picking up a new router this weekend to see if that helps, if not I'm flat out of ideas.
There is so much to do at the house that I walk around in a semi-daze from room to room, starting one project and leaving it half finished when I start doing another in the next room. Someday I may actually complete something. Maybe.
Right now it's just all a bit overwhelming and disorganized and I'm not a big fan of chaos.
On the bright side work is going well and I actually scored a rather nice bonus which will help me pay off some of the credit card debt I've racked up during the move. And I just got a 20% off coupon from Bed, Bath and Beyond and a $25 gift certificate for Amazon so I may just be acquiring a new steam cleaner as well. Lord do my carpets need one.
