performance piece that is danced widely by my students
(and their students!). Most impressive when danced
in numbers, but an elegant and sophisticated solo
performance piece. This will be a structured
presentation, the music selection is from Desert Wind,
"Kali Ma, Dances of Transformation" the Goddess Dance
Cycle: Ciftitelli. Session III Choreography Clinic
separate cost $25.00

I'm probably going to do the choreography clinic myself as it's been ages since I danced Goddess and I could use the refresher. But I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a damn fine upper body workout, and if you need veils just ask, lord knows I have plenty of them.

Speaking of working out I've been having way too much fun with the On Demand fitness section. There are videos for every kind of workout you can imagine! I tried the hula one last night and didn't even make it through half of it. In my own defense she goes really fast and it's way harder on the legs than I'd anticipated. Then I did a ten minute toning set which was fun. I taped the Tai'Chi one that looked interesting and the Urban Yoga one I want to try as well. Next week I believe I'll give kickboxing a try and see what I think of it. This is quickly becoming an addiction, but a healthy one so I don't mind.

Today I return the Bug (thankfully I was told I could drop it at my new dealer, which makes life ever so much simpler), and I'm a bit sad. I drove it this morning and was reminded of all the reasons I fell in love with it in the first place. I love the grip it has on the road and that everything is within easy reach of the driver. Oh and the power locks, yeah, I really miss those. But, I'm also happy with my new car so I'm just going to count myself lucky.

Edit:
Also, hee
