Feb. 25th, 2005 08:10 amWell we danced until we quite literally almost dropped last night, which made for a damn fine workout. T- had returned and I got a big hug, which made me decidedly happy. Although when I mentioned we'd missed S-'s dance party for La Fondue her immediate response was, "And you didn't invite me?" I told her it was for single girls only and she pouted adorably. *sigh* I've missed her.
Our set tonight is even longer than Soiree Odalisque and by the end of it I'm ready to collapse, but we ran it twice and I survived so I figure I can do the same tonight. It's going to kind of suck that we're on so late (after 9 by the look of it), so we'll end up sitting around in our costumes for over an hour. Still, the company will be fantastic, the food good, and the atmosphere festive so it could be much worse. Now here's hoping we can find parking.
In other news Pye seems to have decided to try out for the U.S. Olympic Barfing Team this week. I've told myself it was due to being at the bottom of the food container and things were a little stale down there, thus making him ill. So I switched out the older food for brand new stuff and will see how that effects the situation tonight. At least last night he waited until I got home to vomit all over the window (his favorite spot), so I could clean it up quickly. Of course he'd left me an earlier gift in the middle of the floor so twice the fun. It was nice to go to class last night if for no other reason than to escape from the messes for a while.
Oh and before I forget,
tersa lemme know if you're still planning to go up to the party tomorrow evening as carpooling would seem a wise idea (I've heard nightmarish stories about parking around there).
