"No imagination, huh? Ha!"
Jan. 28th, 2004 09:05 amFirst and foremost, if you haven't gone over to check out the amazing pics and clips at Newlineawards.com do so now. Mmm...End of All Things.... Gods I need this movie on DVD like now.
Aelf got a quilting catalog last night and showed it to me, I'm so doomed.
Got through "Progress" and "If Wishes Were Horses" last night while I worked on a project. I'm sad to say that while I love these episodes a deeper part of me is so impatient to get on to the meatier second and third seasons bigtime. Those seasons will take us a bit more time to get through as there are actual story arcs and multi-episode blocks that will have to be watched in their entirity. It'll make scheduling a bit more tricky, but man am I ever looking forward to it. Bring on the Dominion!
Aelf has also been asking some insightful questions regarding the nature of Odo's abilities that I fondly remember discussing with others quite avidly back in the day. I'm sure
odogoddess will recall some of the lively debates on the subject and the near thesis-length messages that were going back and forth for a long while. It was so fun (in a supremely geeky way) to theorize and discuss our ideas on what we were getting via TPTB in each episode. I should see if I've still got a few of the really memorable messages floating around anywhere.
