Class was superb last night, lots of good work on percussive moves, some niggling with the new choreography Alyne's putting together, and then running through the other choreographies. Discovered that when she puts Tic Tic at the end of the class I can make it through about twice before I start screwing up majorly. Alyne also announced that she'd kind of like us looking at least somewhat similar for the Oct. 18 performance. By that she meant, basically, no bedleh. That's not to say that if I asked her if I could wear it she wouldn't probably say "Sure", but the gist was that she'd prefer that one or two students not stand out from the rest. And since only a few of us have bedleh...well, it makes sense. My set will just have to wait until the next performance I guess.

Got home and chatted with Aelf and got into bed way too late. Must try to do better tonight.

Stuck again at the top of Jupiter Lighthouse in GS2. It's one fo those twitch-factor puzzles that I suck at. Gave it about 20 tries and then decided I had better things to do with my life. I'll come back to it in a few days.

Couldn't find the little backstreet my polling place was on this morning. I was betting it was the unnamed street I passed while tooling along Redwood. Sure enough, when I got in and checked my map, it was. Crap. Guess I'm voting after work today.
