Dancing available on two hardwood dance floors set next to a beautiful waterfall. Free parking, free water, and plenty of table seating, this makes for the ideal dance spot during the week to bring all your friends!
Lessons from 7pm to 9:00pm, all ages welcome.
Classes are just $5!
7:00pm WARM-UP
The class starts with a brisk warm up consisting of Salsa basics and flexibility exercises. We will be focusing on posture and correct Technique.
DANCE TECHNIQUE EXERCISES
This is followed by those exercises you just cannot seem to find time or patience to practice on your own. Such as Body Isolations, body rolls, spin drills, and maybe some things you haven't done before.
PARTNERING/CONNECTION DRILLS
Next we do some drills for improving your partnering connection and an overview of various dance technique.
