So my shipping woes continue. The cd I ordered from Amazon last week was supposedly delivered on Wednesday. Of course I never received it and am now playing a sort of boring, extended game of tag with various individuals at the Post Office. I did, however, file an official report this time as I am fucking sick to death of this. This is how many packages gone awry now? Too many. And there's just no reason for this, it was one cd, it would've easily fit in my mailbox even if the jackass couldn't get into the complex. Grrr.

Hopefully Amazon will be cool about this and just send me another. Hopefully.

I also received some software I'd ordered from a Marketplace seller, only it was the wrong software. I emailed him last night to let him know and he's promised me a refund as well. His response was "It was the only software I had", well, asshole, if that's the case why'd you list it as something totally different? If he'd put the wrong item in my package, hey no harm no foul, but to say he consciously sent me the wrong thing because he just had it on hand? Gah!

I did at least get the final package so I could put together cyranocyrano's gift bag o' goodness. Happy Birthday, dearest! I shall have plenty of gifts for you this weekend. And now ravenmb's is done as well, though I can't ship it to her by tomorrow so, since she'll be up here this weekend, I'll plan to deliver it then.

Speaking of ravenmb, this incredible woman is doing the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer this weekend and is so close to her goal of $1,800 necessary for participation. I'm sure there are a few of you reading this post who could spare even as little as $10 to help out. If so, please click the link to donate!. Now, now, the Tower is not always doom! I hate when the Hermit shows up for me, but all cards have their good and bad. And thanks for the (don't tell Angie I used this word) pimping, though I do have a check of $50 to turn in at the walk and am therefore over my minimum (huzzah!).

Well I got a full refund plus shipping so that's something. And he didn't say anything about sending the software back to him, but I'm doing that anyway. The last thing I need cluttering up my place is another cd.
