Don't know what's up with me this week save that I feel a bit burned out and my back is acting up something fierce. At least it's been a good long time since any back problems (over a year at least) so that's something. Having stronger muscles, particularly abdominals, really does make a difference when it comes to lower back problems. It used to flare up once every few months, now it's once every few years, I can live with that.
I've been invited to a party Saturday night but doubt I'll go, I just don't want to be around people right now. One dance related commitment to live up to on Sunday and then I'm done for a good long while (at least the month of November). Sounds like heaven to me.
Don't get me wrong, I love dancing, and performing is definitely fun but oh gods could I use a break right about now.
Maybe I'm just drawing inwards in preparation for Samhain. Yeah I like that rationalization, I think I'll keep it. Many apologies in advance to anyone I might be snippy to this week, I swear it's nothing personal.
