Weird Al Parodies 'Lose Yourself' But Won't Spoof Em's Video
Also TORN has action figures up for ROTK here, they are spoilerish, so take that into consideration. The Frodo one made me pause, go "Huh?", then realize why he was wearing what he was wearing and grin. Nice. Also a talking Gollum!
Spent last night in the futile attempt at getting caught up on chores. Did I succeed? Bwah-ha-ha! Right, like that was likely. I did get the front lawn mowed, some bushes in the back hacked into submission, laundry done, vacuuming done, and swept the floors. I then realized it was after 7 and I should really eat something dinner-like. Watched "Sworn Vengeance: Fist of Fury" on the International Channel. Nothing like a poorly dubbed Chinese chop-suey show to relax oneself with. Then I busted out the new veils and gave them a trial run.
I was a bit disappointed in myself and frustrated with my lack of ease with them. But I worked through it and by the ending of the evening felt like I had a pretty good understanding of the timing requirements. As suspected, as much work as the chiffon, only in different ways. I also put on a variety of music that I thought might work with veils. Two Depeche Mode songs actually do so splendidly, "I Feel You" and "Condemnation". Might have to store those away for future use. Gave up on the solo work when I kept forgetting the set moves I'd already come up with, I just couldn't seem to focus *sigh*
And Golden Sun 2 is seriously starting to piss me off. Actually found myself growling aloud last night, "Goddammit, Scorpion King, get your ass in the pit so we can fight!" I then realized it was time to put the Gameboy down.
Public Service Announcements:
Free to good home- ample supply of rosemary in need of kind owner who will put it to good use. Rosemary bush has begun less than stealthy takeover of backyard and must be trimmed. If you have any use for the herb whatsoever please take some off my hands!
Oh and I am trying to find some of the coolest sites on the web, either funny, pretty, or just plain interesting. If y'all have any faves that you're willing to share with me, please do!

I do have one final plea for everyone, could somebody please read the XMen2 novelization and explain the end to me? It has only a vague resemblance to what we saw on the screen and I am deeply, deeply puzzled.
