Well, many of the accidents caused by the under 25 crowd are more due to either inexperience (as in, someone driving longer would have seen it coming and reacted better) or stupidity (one should not drive 80 mph through a residential neighborhood, no matter what nice squealy noises ones tires make or what decible level ones stereo is at). That said, I definitely agree that in terms of skill controlling a vehicle, the driving test is not difficult enough. I also agree that elderly drivers should start being tested earlier than 70.
