mallen I'm handing you this one on a silver platter.

Ok can someone tell me what the hell is up with the weather this summer? Now I expect the early June heatwave and temps in the 80's for the remainder of most of the summer. But this 90-100+ crap is beginning to seriously annoy me. And why, oh why, does it have to hit the week I'm moving? Have I done something to offend some weather gods? I'd be happy to appease them if only I knew who to send the offerings to.

The grass that was just beginnnig to bounce back is now turning all brown and crunchy again and I'm quite sure I'm going to lose a couple of the plants I bought at OSH. This sucks! Does anybody know when this heat wave is supposed to end?

Tonight I get to limp my way through belly dance class which, of course, isn't air conditioned. Somebody please shoot me now.

Oh and did I mention I got in this morning and my network was down...again? Please excuse me while I go pound my head against a hard surface for a few minutes until I feel better...or disrupt my short term memory, whichever comes first.

It sounds wonderful, unfortunately it's a go to class and make an idiot of myself night with two-two-two hours of belly dancing. The next time I get the bright idea to double up on classes and try to move at the same time please do me a favor and shoot me in the head.

I remembered that as soon as I read aelf's journal. D'oh!

Hmm, tomorrow I'm going to lend Aelf a hand moving some big stuff downstairs at her place, then I'll probably head over to the house to do some watering. You're more than welcome to join us!

1) It's supposed to cool down a little starting friday, and on through the weekend.

2) I realized how bloody hot it would be, and I brought my green choli that matches yours and tersa's, and I'm gonna wear that instead of the velvet.

2) You are a wise woman. Personally I'm just wearing a sports bra and if anybody doesn't like it, too bad.

I can't face the idea of wearing my green velvet thing tonight, either. If the bluegreen thing weren't already at the house, I'd tie that on over my sports bra, but instead I'll try to find out without deodorant stains, and just be completely nonmatching for class tonight.

I'm not going to match much eiher...they'll be shades of gray, just not *matching* shades of gray. Somehow I don't think anyone will mind.

Heh. Well, I'm talking more the blinding white or bright candyapple red not going with my green skirt, but hey. I should really get some leggings instead, and wear those, but I'm lazy and haven't shopped.

Hell, just wear some shorts.

I had a housemate move when a hurricane was coming, once, but I think I prefer that to like 95 degree weather.
