Wow...

Epic FAIL:

Gov. Charlie Crist, his predecessor Jeb Bush and other Florida Republicans introduced John McCain to a crowd of hundreds in the parking lot of a West Miami lumber yard Wednesday.

The Republican presidential nominee came onto the stage outside Everglades Lumber to the theme song from Rocky and began his remarks just after 10:30 a.m.

Hundreds? Wow. So, what, about the size of the crowd you performed in front of at Baycon?

Sounds about right, and at least we didn't perform in a lumber yard. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

Didn't our guy pull, like, a five-figure crowd IN A DRIVING COLD ASS RAIN yesterday in PA?

I would feel a lot more comfortable with a 3-touchdown lead, but you know me...I'm probably going to spend Monday night curled up in the fetal position doing deals with God...

Let's just say I'm going to be burning a lot of candles this weekend. But Monday night I've made sure I have plans so I don't end up in the same fetal position.

I am so freaking glad I'm going to be on a plane most of Election Day. Otherwise? I'd be going stark, raving bugnuts.

to grudgingly give McCain his due, Florida has voted stolen votes repub for at least the last three Presidential elections.

if he does NOT take the state, that's it, he doesn't stand a chance.

At least Jebbie isn't in office to throw the election to his brother with a wink and a nod. Crist may be GOP but he doesn't seem to be *as* bad.

He DID order the early voting places to extend their hours to normal voting hours from today to next Monday.

then again, there are rumors that he is deliberately trying to throw the election because he's pissed at the party for failing to support him in 2000 and/or under orders from the big wigs TO lose, so that they can come riding back in '12, going 'nyah-nyah-nyah, dems can't fix anything!'

anyone else totally sick and tired of the two party system? (yes, I do realize that there ARE other parties out there but even Nader doesn't really stand a chance)

I saw a rare piece of TV the other day. John McSame was talking to a multi-purpose room, then they cut to Obama who was talking to a stadium full of people.

I think we know who's going to win this one, as long as people don't get complacent and they vote.
