Day off, take two

Ugh, I was feeling utterly wretched by the time I got home last night, went to bed at 8 and passed right out. I actually slept about 11 hours, woke up feeling even worse, called in and passed back out until 11 am. I'm beginning to think this is more of a flu and less of a stomach bug now. :P

So this weekend the plan is to make like a cat, eat when I can, sleep the rest of the time. Oh and ice for my arm as it's all swollen up thanks to the tetanus shot. Ow, ow, ow. Thankfully I had enough energy to get to the drug store for meds and soup, now I think I'm going back to sleep.

Hmmm, doesn't the hypo affect your immune system? Maybe what might normally be a stomach bug for you is hitting you harder and longer. :( Feel better, dearest.

Oh I've got a plan for this weekend, it involves rest, rest and more rest. If that doesn't shake this nothing will.

Oh gods, just remembered that I forgot to light your candle last night. Got too caught up in my writing. :( Lighting that sucker as soon as I walk in the door tonight. Evil demonic stomach flu begone! :[
