You tell those spiders, Ron.

So sad, apparently James Doohan has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I met him once years ago and he was such a sweet man, what a horrible fate. :(

On a more positive note the mover situation has been settled and I'll be officially in my new apartment on Sunday morning if all goes well. I'm hoping to be able to talk Aelf into giving me a hand getting the cats over there as I'll need to transport them and their litterboxes at the same time. We are going to have two seriously freaked out kitties on our hands.

Dance class last night has left me feeling physically wrung-out, but in a good way. All my muscles feel relaxed, almost like I've had a nice massage. It's amazing what a good hard workout will do for you. And I never have a problem sleeping after dancing hard for an hour or so. But I need much more work on the choreography we're planning to do for DDF, and I need to start going on Thursdays again so I can get some practice in with the actual drummers. But I don't think that's going to happen this week as I've got way too much to do at the apartment and at the house.

Started taking a shower last night and noted a rather large and ugly spider was in the shower with me just a little too late. I tried to get it to go elsewhere but it leapt at me at which point the gloves were off. It took a one way trip down drainsville for its efforts. Hey I am all about peace, love and understanding, but I draw the line at spiders in my shower.
