There are days when it's just good to be alive...

I can't tell you what a grin this put on my face:
Fox Loses Bid to Stop Sale of Franken Book

A federal judge on Friday slammed Fox News' trademark infringement lawsuit against humorist Al Franken and his publisher Penguin Group and refused to stop the sale of the satirist's new book that pokes fun at Fox and host Bill O'Reilly...

"There are hard cases and there are easy cases. This is an easy case," said U.S. District Judge Denny Chin, who added that the motion for an injunction was "wholly without merit."

Bwah-ha-ha! And Amazon let me know that my copy is in the mail today. Heh.

Franken is the left's Rush Limbaugh (which is to say, a partisan blowhard who, if his brains were made of gunpowder, wouldn't have enough to blow his own nose). But that's no reason to censor him. Fox deserved to lose this case.

Stuff like this always makes me wonder if a News Corp company is publishing these books...

"We need a right wing vs. left wing controversy to hype the book... someone get me the Fox News subsidiary."

The lawsuit was retarded. I'm glad it's dead too.
